“DEEDS on NEEDS”

INTEGRA Engineering India Limited believes in sustainable development and acknowledges its contribution to society. Considering such values, INTEGRA embarked on performing CSR activities in the vicinity of the location of the registered office of the Company since F.Y. 2019-20. The Company is spending CSR budget on appropriate activities with priority.

"Deeds on Needs," the name of our initiative, refers to our conscious decision to make an effort to fulfil someone's needs. The programme focuses primarily on meeting the daily needs of both people and the environment. In order to create a sustainable structure for the future, one needs to start focusing on the present

CSR activities undertaken as on date are specifically focused on:

Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition, promoting health care including preventive health care and sanitation including contribution to the Swach Bharat Kosh set-up by the Central Government for the promotion of sanitation and making available safe drinking water.
Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocation skills especially among children, women, elderly and the differently abled and livelihood enhancement projects.
Promoting gender equality, empowering women, setting up homes and hostels for women and orphans; setting up old age homes, day care centres and such other facilities for senior citizens and measures for reducing inequalities faced by socially and economically backward groups.

Our primary goal is to provide people with the necessary opportunities for growth and development aligning with the Sustainable goals of 2015, such as poverty eradication, providing nutritious food, improving education, generating employment, supporting healthcare services, and encouraging girl child education, for which we have been able to provide our services to the community with the necessary assistance from the government.

CSR Journey

During the financial year 2022-23, The company worked with the Javaher Ashramshala (Primary School) situated at Narukot, Taluka Jambughoda, District Panchmahals and performed following CSR activities at the school: a)Installed paver blocks at the entrance of the school building and related civil work for the safety of children studying at the school b)Installed semi-automatic roti making machine so that children can enjoy the hot roti/chapati in their meals c)PU foam sheets also known as bedding sets as children stays in the Ashram for the duration of their course/class and they need better place in terms of hygiene to sleep or relax.
