With a more than 75000 sq mtr total area, INTEGRA has 50000 square meters of open land. We have a wide scope of implementing various expansion projects and are already undergoing a plan for building up a new assembly shop looking at the exponential growth and expanding market during the last few years.
Our expertise in sheet metal processes, ranging from 1mm thick to 10 mm thick sheet metals, it becomes mandatory to have carefully engineered sheet metal raw material storage.
We have well-managed Raw material storage racks with thickness hierarchy and complete traceability in ERP with dedicated rack numbers, grades, thickness, locations, and volume.
Our material handling equipments are adequate for loading, unloading, and material issue to the user. The RM storage is designed to take care of Safety, zero Product damage, better inventory control, and also adhering to lean manufacturing as well as 5S philosophies.
Philosophy and vision of adapting advanced techniques are not limited only to productions, but INTEGRA ventures into the latest and state-of-the-art facilities in hardware and parts storage too.
We are already having two Automatic vertical storage facilities. These racks have innumerable features and facilities, a few of them are modular construction for variable part height, quick storage & retrieval ( 80% faster than conventional), safe, ergonomically designed, floor space saving, ERP interfaced, etc.
For our products, metal pipe structures are the base, because all the railway panel bodies are rested upon on them. We have cantilever racks for storage of pipes and bars which makes it very easy to load-unload the pipe and bars
Cutting
Cutting, bending, and deburring with high precision . Three State-of-the-art Laser cutting machines for precision cutting of sheet metal and metal pipes, and turret punching machine for profile cutting as well as for performing special operations like embossing and beading make the sheet metal cutting shop, versatile and unique in its league. Our laser-cutting machines process all grades of SS, Aluminium, MS, Copper, and GI. Thickness range 1 mm to 15 mm.
Deburring
We do take care of customer and employee safety and demands, so, high points and sharp edges (resulting from the cutting process) are de-burred for safe material handling.
Bending
Range of CNC press brake machines: No ‘bending’ of rules - Zero deviation is our goal: From 1 mm to 10 mm thick sheet metal, precision bending is our quality drive. With the versatility of having seven multi-axis CNC bending machines and a team of skilled operators, we can deliver perfection in customers’ products. Our design team ensures that awkward and challenging bends are done on our setup.
With more than 80 welding machines and with a strength of approved welders in various metals and alloys, Integra fabricates error-free products at vital speed, which satisfies the customers on OTD and quality factors, always. Regular welder qualifications and ever-evolving WPS/PQR record, have fetched us the prestigious EN-15085 CL2 accreditation. We are constantly adding new welding machines to our strength.
Setup of five CNC machines, bandsaw machine, radial drills, etc support the precision engineering work of surface milling, slotting, drilling, cutting etc. sheet coating : INTEGRA is conscious and vigilant about the looks of final products and hence we take additional care to protect the sheet metal surface by coating it before the cutting process. A special purpose ‘sheet coating’ machine ensures delivery of scratch-free products to customers.
The final luster of high-quality surface treatment on INTEGRA’s products enhances the durability as well as the aesthetic value of each. Metal surfaces get strength, life, and elegance after the treatment done by our highly trained operators under controlled parameters on customized setups.
We do: Acid pickling for stainless steel, shot blasting for pre-treatment, conveyorized pre-treatment & powder coating, spray painting, and zinc plating.
Metal to metal adhesive bonding is a growing requirement from customers, and INTEGRA has already attained specialization and also DIN6701 certification for the same. This is a exceptional value addition in INTEGRA’s already fully grown sheet metal processing set-up.
Assembly of final products is done by a team of highly skilled workmen. We possess expertise in riveting, clinching, sealant filling, and overall assembly. QA at every assembly stage ensures zero defect supply to the customers.
