Mr. Bharat Salhotra is a Non Executive Independent Director on our board.
He is the co-founder and President of INSIGHTZZ MLIT-18, a company that provides integrated solutions using Robotics, Machine Vision, and Artificial Intelligence. the company has implemented several projects in Railways, Metals& Mining, Cement Industry and Manufacturing. Prior to INSIGHTZZ, Mr. Salhotra was Managing Director Alstom, India & South Asia. During his seven years there, Alstom order book grew manifold, and it became the market leader. In appreciation of his contribution, he was facilitated with a coveted French National Award of Chevalier de l'ordre National du Mérite. He is currently Chairman of the FICCI led National Sustainable Mobility Council. He is also on the Board of Directors of IIM Kolkata (Calcutta) Incubation Park, a Mentor with IITK Innovation Lab and Chairman of one of the Salwan Schools.
His profound experience in various fields will enhance integra’s leadership further , to expand the horizons of knowledge and business.

Corinne Ruckstuhl has substantial experience living and working in India. She was CEO of Integra Engineering India Ltd. from 2011 to 2012. As of 2017, she took on the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
She is also Deputy CEO of Integra Holding Ltd. and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. Furthermore, she holds various mandates and memberships.
Corinne is a passionate runner and enjoys spending time in nature and with her family.

Adrian Oehler is a member of the Board of Directors and has been managing the Integra Group in the fourth generation since 2005.
He serves as President and CEO of Integra Holding Ltd. and holds various mandates and memberships inside and outside the Group.
He has a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree of Advanced Studies in Corporate Finance from the University of St. Gallen. Adrian enjoys spending his free time with his family in the Swiss mountains.

Shalin Sunandan Divatia is a Non-Executive Independent Director on our Board.
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He is a graduate in Commerce and in Law from Mumbai University.
He has been the Managing Partner of S. R. Divatia & Company, Mumbai since 1995. His expertise in Corporate Matters, Taxation, Accounts and Compensation Structuring have helped the Company in evaluating its strategies and business decisions and ensuring compliances.

He holds a master's degree in finance from United States University.
He is on the Board of Peass Industrial Engineers Private Limited apart from Integra Engineering India Limited.
His project management and overall cost competitiveness skills have immensely benefited the Company in taking crucial decisions.

Mahendra Bhogilal Sanghvi is a Non-Executive Independent Director on our Board. He has done chemical engineering from Wayne State University, USA, and a Diploma in MBA from Toronto University.
He has been on the Boards of various listed entities like Shaily Engineering Plastic Limited and Munjal Auto Industries Limited. Ex-President and is a Member of the Executive Committee of Organisation of Plastics Processors of India and Member of the Managing Committee of Plastindia Foundation.
His expertise in Business management and market study has tremendously contributed to the growth of the Company.

He has an overall experience of 20 years in handling finance, manufacturing, and business of the Company.
He was earlier appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and considering his leadership and market-analyzing skills, the Board promoted him as Chief Executive Officer. He loves watching and playing different sports activities.

Harneetkaur Anand is a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
She holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce, Law and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
She has an overall post-membership experience of a decade in the manufacturing industry and leads the secretarial and legal departments of the Company.
