Job description
We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our growing team in the manufacturing division. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations in Production.
Learn to work on shopfloor machinery and tools under the guidance of senior engineers.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
Participate in training programs designed to develop technical and managerial skills.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech Mechanical (2024, or 2025 pass-outs).
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Eagerness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Strong academic record and keen interest in manufacturing operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and at plant location - Halol.
