Job Description:

Nature of Work:

Knowledge of sheet metal/Heavy fabrication
Knowledge of Welding Processes (i.e. MIG, TIG).
Knowledge of Drawing reading
Ability to take proficient decision.
Knowledge of KAIZEN, POKA YOKE by implementing such jigs, tools for reduction of Inspection time.
Knowledge of ISO standard (i.e. ISO13920, ISO2768).
Ability to handle Customers for Inspection activities and when require visit customer to understand quality issues.
Knowledge of various measuring instruments and their usage.
Basic Awareness of QMS
Knowledge about the GD&T dimensions
Knowledge of 8D and CAPA.

Key Responsibilities

Carryout product inspection of offered products.
Monitoring Quality related issues and its system entry.
Prepare documentation of inspection processes, which included detailed reports and performance record.
Recommend improvement measures to the production to ensure quality standards are met.
Guide production team about the QC issues to enhance the quality of the product.
Ensure Implementation of Corrective action and monitoring of effectiveness.
Analyzing root cause of defects if and giving the solution for zero defect.
System clearance of product in ERP, if any.
Follow the daily Inspection activity plan.
Record Internal NCR and share it with Production team for root cause analysis.
Suggestion for the improvement of the Products and Process.
Responsible for the QC activities such as Jigs, Fixture, Template validation plan.
Participation in New Product Development and prepare necessary documents in terms of quality.
