    Job Description:
     
    Nature of Work:
     
    • Knowledge of relevant industry products and processes.
    • Knowledge of customer requirements (spec and latent both).
    • Experienced in problem solving methodology.
    • Special process riveting, Bonding, Torquing, Painting, Clinching Welding knowledge.
    • Microsoft skills (Power point and Excel).
    • Customer and ISO Audit handling capability. 
    • Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS preparation.
    • Customer and Internal nonconformance management.
    • Able to manage team of engineers, Sr Engineer and Inspectors.
    • Min Lean Six sigma green belt.
    • Knowledge of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
    • Knowledge of Panel Assembly for railway industry.
    • Special process riveting, Torquing, Clinching, Sika, Welding knowledge on sheet metal.
    • Microsoft skills (Power point and Excel and Word).
    • Customer and ISO Inspection Document are handling capability.
    • Daily Work Excel Sheet preparation & Handling.
    • Knowledge of Vacuum Test & Water Leak Test With Report,
    • Document Knowledge Check sheet / Check list / Inspection Report’s.
    • Knowledge of Rejection Material Verify & Mail Concurrence Department & Scrap Handling.
    • Knowledge of ERP Entry Etc.
    • Knowledge of measuring instrument –( Like-Vernier/ measure tap / filler gauge Etc).
     
    Key Responsibilities:
     
    • Accountable for daily inspection Plan Vs Actual
    • Daily meeting with CFT for issue resolution
    • Customer inspection OIL closure
    • Quick response quality control for internal and external complaints
    • Special process internal and External audit points closure.
    • Experienced in ISO documentations.
    • Team player new product development to Serial production.
    • CFT formation and analysis for the complaints and rejections from Supplier , Input ,Output and Customer.
    • Team management and motivation
    • Subordinates’ skill enhancement trainings outsourced and inhouse.
    • Dispatch clearance from customers.
    • Accountable for daily inspection Work & Planning Vs Actual & manpower allocation
    • Customer Wise inspection enclosure/ Panel For Assembly.
    • Quick response quality control for internal and external complaints
    • Knowledge of Check sheet & 7QC Tool & Kaizen Etc.
    • Monitoring Rework Activities as when required at in house and customer end .
    • Customer FAI & internal Inspection. 2D & 3D Drawing review. Measuring instrument use and awareness Basic Knowledge Press and bending, Welding, Sika, Painting process
