    Nature of Work:
     
    1. Knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication
    2. Knowledge of Welding Process like TIG, MIG and other welding process
    3. Knowledge of Welding Standard
    4. Knowledge of 7 QC tools, FMEA, Control plan,8D, 5 why analysis and PDCA
    5. Lead Auditor 9001: 2015, Min Internal auditor of 45001, 14001, IRIS (TS22163)
    6. Min Lean Six sigma green belt
    7. Knowledge of Press shop, Paint shop and assembly
    8. Experience as a team member in Process Improvement
    9. Able to manage 40 no’s Team Size
    10. Can handle customer at site and Certification audit
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Daily Meeting with team
    • Daily shop round or Gemba Walk
    • Review Customer complaint status and its action plan
    • Review customer audit OIL and closer action plan
    • Review customer FAI OIL and closer action plan
    • Customer site visit to review quality status of supplied products.
    • Workload distribution and follow up.
    • Face Certification third party audit (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015,ISO 4500:2018,EN 15085)
    • Trouble shooting for emergency issues.
    • Promote Kaizen or process improvement within the organization.
    • Review Internal NCR and action plan for improvement.
    • Review supplier issues and action plan
    • Overall responsible for Paint shop, Fabrication shop, Assembly shop and Press shop QA/QC
    • Lead 40 no’s of team member and maintain team discipline.
    • Set KPI for quality function and review on monthly basis and report to management with action plan.
    • Part of management team and report quality function performance to management.
    • Participate in new product development.
    • Review skill matrix and give training to team member for skill improvement.
    • Implement the process audit and review action plan for process improvement.
    • Accountable for max. utilization of available resources.
